IT Support Consultant/3rd Line Support Analyst required to provide support across the following areas - Windows Server 2003, MS Exchange 2003/2007, Active Directory, Citrix PS4.0/4.5, hardware and software support. Successful candidates will have extensive experience with the above technologies at server and network levels and remote
support experience in a team environment. Any networking experience with Cisco PIX Firewalls, Switches or Routers would be beneficial. You will use your high level technical skills to provide 3rd level support and lead projects to evaluate and implement new technologies. You will be educated to degree level with an industry recognized certification such as MCSE, MCSA or CCEA. Windows System Administrator |

The successful candidate will have strong experience of administrating and supporting Active Directory, Exchange 2003/2007, SharePoint, SQL, Blackberry Enterprise Server and Windows Server. Also you will have worked in a similar role in an SME, ideally within Technologies, web hosting and/or content streaming sector. A proven track record of being able to stand up in front of a business audience and engender support/buy-in for changes or developments. Appropriate MS skills & qualifications for the systems in place. You will be expected to demonstrate real systems
knowledge and not just how many exams they have passed. Experience of working on both
proactive/structured and reactive/rapid Technologies projects. Back office systems design,
capacity & availability planning. |
